A $14 Anthropologie Dress for Thanksgiving Day

I didn't exactly wear this to Church today because unfortunately I caught a stomach bug and have been bed ridden for the last few days.  BUT if I were going to today-I would do a repeat of my Thursday outfit for Thanksgiving!

I Loooooove Anthropologie dresses! I even did a post of drool-worthy dresses from Anthro here. The family and I were out for a stroll at our local outdoor shopping mall here in ABQ and I decided to peek into Athro just to see what they had. And OH MY OH MY they were prepping for Black Friday but had already marked everything down as of Wednesday.

I was faced with rock bottom prices (for Anthro) of $20 and $40 for dresses that normally cost $150 or more!!! Then on top of the sale they had an EXTRA 25% OFF!!! I scored three dresses that originally were $420 for $66 total!!!!! I could not believe it. I had been saving my "fun" money for the month just in case something like this came up and I am so glad I did. Sigh...

Happy Thanksgiving everyone and may God Bless. I am so thankful for all my readers and thankful to the Lord for my wonderful hubby and children!!

Dress; Anthropologie $14!!
Shoes; Attention for Sears (Savers $6)
Textured tights; Motherhood Maternity ($14 two years ago-no not expecting)
Bracelets; Forever 21 (Forever 21 set of 6 for $2.80)

  5. I thought a $14 Anthro dress was going to be a story about an awesome thrift store find, but $14 for NEW off the rack!! Way to go. It's beautiful and I love the shoes too, they give a sly little wink the Pilgrims way on Thanksgiving, but are just play stylish any other time.

  8. A $14 dress from a store like Anthro... who doesn't love a find like that?? I like that your tights have a little texture- plays nicely with the stripe in the dress :-)

    1. Thanks Kiera! I usually don't like the lower to longer hemlines in the back but this one had just the perfect difference to be elegant.

    1. Could not agree more Lisa! I always despair when going to the sale rack. Lol. I love to go for inspiration but I thought maybe they would have a sale where I could snag a great versatile dress for $50 (a huge splurge for me) and wow!! I found the deals of the year. I am so glad we stumbled upon it before Black Friday because I am sure they were pretty picked through by then.
